Brian Zimmerman Says, "This Is A Most Read"

Hey Brian Zimmerman back with you for your lesson number 3. Today were going to talk about dependability. This is a biggie. How many times have you work with someone in life or business and you asked your leader or helper to do something, yet, it does not get done? How many times have you made promises to someone regarding leadership and you don’t follow through?
Listen, we have all been here a time or two in life. When it comes down to business, it’s not the time to drop the ball, especially if you want to be a leader that can be counted on.
As a top leader in the home business arena, it means a lot to me that I’m there guiding and leading my team to success. I know what it’s like to be challenged in this industry, but I also know what it’s like to go out there and succeed to.
Here is your video today on dependability.

Make sure you touch base with me if you already have not.
DEPENDABILITY
Brian’s Definition: Dependability means that you can be relied upon to perform your duties properly. It means that you can be trusted to complete a job. It is the willing and voluntary support of the policies and orders of the chain of command or business command. Dependability also means consistently putting forth your best effort in an attempt to achieve the highest standards of performance.
Brian’s Suggestions for Improvement: You can increase your dependability by forming the habit of being where you're supposed to be on time, by not making excuses and by carrying out every task to the best of your ability regardless of whether you like it or agree with it. This is leadership.
